How to connect Zoom to your GrabJobs account
- Login with GrabJobs using your company’s master account.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab in the left-side menu
- Click “Connect with Zoom” on the Zoom app
How to send Zoom Video Interview invitations from your GrabJobs account
You will be able to select the Zoom Video Call option when you create an interview invitation on GrabJobs.
- Create an interview invitation by performing any of these 3 actions
- Clicking “Interview” button under the job’s Applicant Tracking Interface (from stages “Shortlist” to “Hire”)
- Clicking “Interview” button under “My Candidates” interface
- Clicking “Interview Invite” button under the Chat interface
- Select the second option on the pop-up: “Send an Interview Confirmation with a fixed date / time”
- On the Interview Details pop-up, select Video as the Interview Type
After you click “Invite” a Zoom conferencing link will be automatically created and sent to your candidate via email and chat.
How to launch Zoom calls from your GrabJobs account
- Navigate to the Chat conversation between you and your candidate.
- You will see the Zoom link that has been created automatically
Click it to launch the Zoom application
How to Disconnect and Remove Zoom from GrabJobs
- Login with GrabJobs using your company’s master account.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab in the left-side menu
- On the Zoom app, click "Remove".
Troubleshooting Zoom on GrabJobs
The Zoom video call is currently only available when you select the option “Send an Interview Confirmation with a fixed date / time” from the Interview Invitation pop-up.
If you select the first option “Let applicants choose from my available timeslots”, you will not have the option to use Zoom.
